Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched on the same business day or within 2 business days after purchase.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 3–10 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates:

• Germany: €4.95 standard tracked shipping
• Free tracked shipping on orders of €60.00 and up

• European Union: €9.99 standard tracked shipping
• Free tracked shipping on orders of €100.00 and up

• Rest of World: €14.99 standard tracked shipping
• Free tracked shipping on orders of €100.00 and up

Orders are shipped with tracked delivery services. Depending on the destination, parcel size, and carrier availability, we may use Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes, or another shipping provider.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or periods of high demand.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
