Return and Refund Policy

At Shorty Football Shirts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be in the same condition in which you received it,
• be unworn and unused,
• have the original tags attached where applicable,
• and be returned with proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at shumaylov.ivan@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• gift cards,
• personalized or custom-made items,
• or other items that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons where applicable.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Sale items

Sale items may only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day withdrawal right

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving any justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within that 14-day period by email at shumaylov.ivan@gmail.com.

The item must be returned in appropriate condition, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
